Event 2 – October 2025Successful second sampling in the Vistula and Curonian Lagoons with an amazing team! We collected more than 1,200 samples to see how much nitrogen is produced within the system and follow its journey through different dissimilatory processes.

Event 1 – April 2025
On April 3rd, 2025, our team members conducted water sampling in the Elbląg, Dzierzgoń, and Pasłęka rivers. This field campaign aims to estimate nitrogen loads entering the Vistula Lagoon – an important step toward understanding nitrogen dynamics in changing coastal ecosystems.
